Our churches come together around something greater than a compelling mission. What brings us together is Christ’s completed work on the cross. Because of the cross, we have forgiveness from our past, power for our present and hope for our future. As a result, we converge around the cross to take what Christ has done for us and make it known to others. Our goal is to give every person the opportunity to hear the gospel, say “yes” to Jesus, grow in faith, be equipped to serve and be sent out. We want every person to experience a life-changing, personal relationship with Jesus.

Throughout our history we have seen generations of Converge Great Lakes churches, leaders, and missionaries join forces through God’s power to accomplish the impossible. His command to go and make disciples resonates in our hearts. Our regional staff exist to encourage you and invest in your leadership so every local church is healthy and reproducing. We want to help more people meet, know, and follow Jesus
Our Strategy has 3 Words:

Converge Great Lakes staff are experts in church leadership and church reproduction. We are relational leaders and we want to be in partnership with every Lead Pastor and every congregation.
ENGAGE: Converge Great Lakes staff engage the Pastor and the Board to help coach and strategize. As a middle denominational staff, we are relational and decentralized meaning we can help any church interested in growth and development. We must be invited since we respect the local church’s authority to self govern.
Converge Great Lakes staff will listen first and guide second. We aim to personally customize strategies for every church. We drink a lot of coffee sitting across the table with our leaders as we aim to be a strategic resource.
INVEST: Converge Great Lakes staff brings recommendations to the table for each and every church helping them discover God’s best for the future. We are partners helping a church know what are the best next steps to move forward no matter where they are at in the growth life cycle.
IMPACT: Converge Great lakes staff are readers and always listening for best practices in the literature and research. And, we are committed to the timeless authority of the scripture as our final guide in all matters. We aim to help sharpen your leadership with new and creative resources so every church (small or large) has access to high quality opportunity for growth.
